How do I order my first card?

Physical card

Step 1: Order Your Card 

Your physical card is automatically ordered when you open your account with us, it will be sent to the address you signed up to us with. 

Step 2: Activate Your Card 

Once you receive your physical card you can activate it. To activate your card, open the Cards tab in the app, scroll down to the 'Manage card' section. then click the 'Activate the physical card' option. The next screen will prompt you to enter your password. Once entered the card will be ready to be used.

Step 3: Receive Your Card 

It typically takes 5-10 business days for your card to be delivered. If you haven't received your card after 10 business days, please reach out to our support team via the app or email.
