Reorder Physical card
Step 1: Verify Your Address
Before ordering a new physical card, it's essential to verify that the address you have on file is correct. You can check this information in the Profile Tab of the app under Personal Info. If the address is incorrect, please reach out to our support team via email or via in-app support with proof of address, such as a utility bill, so that we can update your address.
Step 2: Order a New Card
Once you have verified your address and confirmed that your previously ordered card has not been delivered, you can proceed to order a new card. Here are the steps to follow:
Log in to your app -> Go to the Cards tab -> Tap on the physical card -> Scroll down to the manage card section and click on 'Report card issue' -> On the next screen select the issue with the card -> then confirm you would like to order a new card as this cancel the old one -> Enter your password.
That's it! Once you complete these steps, your new physical card will be on its way to you.
Step 3: Wait for Delivery
Physical cards take between 5-10 business days to be delivered. If your card has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our support team either through the app or via email.
