To close the account, this can either be done within the app itself or you can reach out to the support team.
Before closing your account, ensure that there are no pending transactions or balance due. If you decide to use transfer to an external wallet, please note that there may be fees on top of the transfer. Make sure to take the fees into account when transferring funds out of your account. We recommend using ACH to send the money out which can take up to 3 days.
